Mashed Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. mashed potatoes (warm)
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 lb. confectioners sugar

Preparation

Mix warm mashed potatoes with sugar.
Roll out and spread with peanut butter.
Roll up like jelly roll, then slice.
Refrigerate.
