Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pastry shell, cooled
    1/2 c. lime juice
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    4 eggs, separated into 4 yolks, 1 white, 3 whites)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, beat the 4 egg yolks; stir in the sweetened condensed milk and lime juice.
    In a small bowl, beat one of the egg whites until it is stiff and fold it into the milk-lime mixture.
    Turn into the pie shell.
