Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces, cleaned and skinned
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. each seasoned salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    Wesson cooking oil
Preparation
    Fill frying pan half full of cooking oil.
    Place on medium-high heat.
    Dip clean chicken in dry mixture and place in hot skillet. Fry until golden brown or when pierced, juices run clear.
    Be sure not to overcook or chicken will become dry.
