Frozen Pistachio Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. cheap ice cream, softened
    1 c. milk
    2 pkg. pistachio pudding
    70 Hi-Ho or Ritz cracker crumbs
    melted butter
Preparation
    Mix melted
    butter
    and cracker crumbs.
    Press into pie plate like graham cracker
    crust.
    Combine ice cream, milk and pudding mix at slow
    speed.
    Spread
    ice
    cream
    mixture
    over crust and freeze.
    Spread with Cool Whip or whipping cream and sprinkle with crumbs.
    Freeze until
    30 to 45 minutes prior to serving.
