B And C Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
    8 oz. frozen cauliflower
    8 oz. wild rice
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 small can chopped mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Cook broccoli and cauliflower over low heat until it thaws.
    Drain and mix all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
