Easy Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. shredded raw carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    cream cheese spread (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottoms only of two 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans; set aside.
