Beef 'N Ale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. ginger ale
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    4 lb. stew beef
Preparation
    Mix beef, dry soup mix, ginger ale and cream of mushroom soup together.
    Bake in Dutch oven or large covered casserole dish at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours or until beef is very tender.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
