Strawberry Pineapple Cooler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. pineapple juice, chilled
    3/4 c. cream of coconut
    2 (12 oz.) bottles club soda, chilled
    3 c. pineapple sorbet or sherbet
Preparation
    In blender container, combine strawberries and pineapple; blend until smooth.
    In pitcher, combine strawberry puree, pineapple juice and cream of coconut.
    Just before serving, add club soda. Scoop sherbet into glasses; pour in juice mixture.
