Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chocolate cake mix
    1 pkg. caramels (14 oz.)
    1/2 c. can milk
    3/4 c. oleo
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Make cake mix as directed.
    Grease and flour 1 round pan. Pour half the batter into pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Melt the caramels, milk and oleo.
    Pour over baked cake.
    Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts over it.
    Pour remaining batter on top. Return to oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes more.
    Serve with Cool Whip.
