Escalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. milk
3 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter or oleo
1 (No. 2) can chunk pineapple, drained
Preparation

Soften bread with the milk.
Juice from the pineapple can be used, adding milk to make a cup.
Combine remaining ingredients. Bake in deep casserole for 30 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven.
