Texas Hash Browns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns or 4 c. raw grated
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper
    1 French onion dip (8 oz.)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients and pour in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with 1 1/2 cup crushed corn flakes or cracker crumbs, mixed with 1 stick oleo.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (A little longer if using raw potatoes.)
    Cover with aluminum foil before baking.
