Snowball Cake(Make This The Night Before.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
4 Tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
juice of 1 lemon
1 c. orange juice (regular drinking)
1 c. sugar
dash of salt
angel food cake
1 qt. Cool Whip
1 pkg. coconut

Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
Add boiling water, lemon juice, orange juice, sugar and salt.
Mix and refrigerate.
Bake angel food cake.
Remove cake from pan when cool.
Remove brown crumbs and break cake into small pieces.
