Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1 (3 oz.) strawberry jello
    fresh strawberries or raspberries as needed
Preparation
    Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until clear, stirring.
    Add jello.
    Stir until dissolved and cool slightly.
    Place fresh, sliced strawberries into baked shell and pour jello ingredients over berries; serve with whipped cream.
    (You may use fresh raspberries with raspberry jello.)
