Georgia Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
5 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped Georgia pecans
Preparation

Sift together twice flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
In separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until creamy.
Add oil and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Add dry ingredients and mix until a stiff dough forms.
Stir in apples and pecans.
Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until brown.
Serves 12 to 14.
Freezes well.
