Turkey Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped turkey
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and chill.
Shape into patties.
Roll in additional bread crumbs and brown lightly in butter over medium heat until hot through.
Serve on toasted English muffins with lettuce and mayonnaise.
