Turkey Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. raw ground turkey breast
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    dash of cayenne pepper
    2 1/2 tsp. cornstarch, mixed with 3 oz. cold water
    4 Tbsp. salsa
    1/2 tsp. lite salt
    4 tortillas (corn or wheat)
    4 Tbsp. fat-free sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oil in heavy skillet.
    Add onion; cook 2 to 3 minutes, until tender.
    Add turkey, stirring constantly over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink.
    Stir in salsa, spices and cornstarch mixture; heat through and simmer to thicken.
    Serve on corn or wheat tortillas; garnish with 1 tablespoon fat-free sour cream.
    Serves 4.
