Double-Stuffed Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. hard-cooked eggs, boiled and peeled
    3/4 c. light mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. instant potato flakes
Preparation
    The potato flakes make a full-bodied filling. One basic recipe with several variations to chill overnight.
