Chili Sauce - Uncooked - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck peeled tomatoes
    3 onions, chopped
    1 c. green peppers, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 large red or yellow medium hot pepper
    1 c. cooking salt
    1 qt. vinegar
    1 2/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine everything except vinegar and sugar.
    Stir well and let stand for 4 hours.
    Drain in a cloth bag overnight.
    In the morning, bring to a boil the vinegar and sugar.
    Add the vegetables and can in sterilized hot jars. Do not boil.
