Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/4 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper with butter.
    Combine sausage, onion and pepper.
    Add other ingredients; mix well.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Uncover; bake for 10 minutes.
