Crab-Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can (6 to 8 oz.) Alaskan snow crab meat (can use Crab Delight)
3/4 c. grated Cheddar or Jack cheese
3/4 c. hot Pepper Jack cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten, or Egg Beaters
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. minced green onions (scallions)
1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
Preparation

Drain and slice crab meat.
Combine with cheese, beaten eggs, milk and onions.
Line a 9-inch pie plate with 5 triangles of dough.
Press together to form crust.
Spoon in crab mixture.
Top with remaining triangles.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
