Ingredients

2 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. sugar
dash of nutmeg
1 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Cook and drain carrots.
In small saucepan mix sugar, nutmeg, orange juice and cornstarch.
Cook until it starts to thicken, stir constantly.
Pour over cooked carrots, serve hot.
