Sweet And Sour Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, cooked
Preparation
    Cook bacon with onion until crisp.
    Drain off all but 1/4 cup drippings.
    Beat together eggs, vinegar, water, salt and sugar. Add to cooled drippings in skillet.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Pour over beans in dish; crumble bacon over beans.
