Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. rum extract
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Mix flour, sugar and nutmeg together. Add oleo and beaten eggs, saving 1 egg white and fold in last and other ingredients. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake until a knife comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the pie.
Bake at 325\u00b0.
