Cinnamon Oat Pancake Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. quick cooking oats
4 c. whole wheat blend flour or 2 c. all-purpose flour combined with 2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. nonfat dry milk
2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
5 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
Yields about 8 cups of mix or 4 batches of pancakes.
