Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, separated
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 stick oleo
1 c. mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream sugar and oleo.
Add egg yolks and bananas and cream until smooth.
Alternate, adding flour, buttermilk and soda.
Then add vanilla and beaten egg whites.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
