Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 zucchini
    5 medium onions
    6 carrots
    4 cucumbers
    5 bell peppers
    3 jalapeno peppers
    3 cayenne peppers
    2 c. apple cider vinegar (no substitution)
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. of mixed pickling spice
    1 Tbsp. canning salt (no substitution)
Preparation
    Shred all vegetables through food processor (together or individually).
    Mix together in a bowl.
    Add vinegar, sugar, salt, and spice.
    Put into a boiling pan, and boil until transparent. Relish is now ready to be canned.
