Sweet Potato Balls(Great With Baked Ham Jubilee) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes
    1 beaten egg
    2 firm bananas
    Kellogg's crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Drain potatoes very well and mash with a fork.
    Add the beaten egg and dash of salt and pepper.
    Cut firm bananas in 1 to 1 1/4-inch pieces.
    Make a ball of the mashed potatoes around a piece of banana.
    Roll in the crushed corn flakes.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0 on a greased cookie sheet.
