California Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz. container sour cream
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Combine cheese, onions, soup, melted butter and sour cream. Mix well.
Add mixture to the hash brown potatoes.
Spread in large buttered casserole dish or 9 x 13-inch pan.
