Overnight Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. warm water
    1 c. shortening (1/2 butter)
    4 eggs
    20 c. flour
    1 envelope dry yeast
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Start at 4:30 to 5:00 p.m.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add melted shortening and butter, sugar, salt and eggs.
    Beat and add flour until you can't beat anymore.
    Then knead the rest of the flour in.
    Dough will be sticky.
    Knead, then cover with towel. Set in warm place.
    Punch down every hour until 9:30 or 10.
    Make into buns and put on greased pans.
    Cover with towel and plastic. Set overnight.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
