Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. lasagna noodles
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. diced onions
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) tomato paste
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion until meat lightly browns.
    Drain off fat.
    Add water, tomato paste, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Bring to boil, then let simmer 2 to 3 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Cook lasagna until tender.
    Drain and wash with cool water until able to handle.
