Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. (8 oz.) ziti rigati
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. milk
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 lb. sliced corned beef, chopped, or 1 c. chopped , fully cooked ham
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. buttered rye bread cubes (optional)
Preparation
    Cook ziti rigati; drain.
    In medium saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, mustard and pepper.
    Blend in milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Combine ziti, cheese sauce, corned beef and onions; mix well.
    In a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer one-half each of the ziti mixture and sauerkraut.
    Repeat layers.
    Top with bread cubes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot, about 30 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
