Ambrosia Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 large pkg. or 2 small pkg. orange gelatin
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (3/4 c.) thawed Cool Whip
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 c. Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving liquid.
    Add cold water to make 1 cup.
    Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl (2 minutes to completely dissolve).
    Stir in measured liquid.
    Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
    Stir in whipped topping; stir until smooth.
    Refrigerate until mixture will mound (about 10 minutes). Stir in oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and coconut.
    Pour into mold or molds.
    Refrigerate until firm.
