Pork Roast With Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    5 lb. pork loin roast
Preparation
    Have a heavy piece of foil, 30 x 18.
    Place onion soup mix in center of foil, then place pork roast on soup mix.
    Fold over and seal.
    Place into a 9 x 13 pan.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours. Then remove roast to plate and make gravy with the drippings, flour and water.
