Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo margarine
    1 c. rice
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. beef bouillon (2 cubes)
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt oleo.
    Brown the rice in the oleo.
    Add celery and onion. Cook on low heat 20 minutes or more.
    Add 2 cups beef bouillon liquid and 1 can mushrooms.
    Bake in casserole 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
