Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, well beaten
    4 slices bread, broken in pieces
    2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix milk, eggs, salt and mustard.
    In 9 x 13-inch casserole, layer bread and cheese, ending with cheese.
    Pour milk mixture over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Crumbled bacon may be spread over top before baking.
    Recipe can be made the night before and baked in morning.
