Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. ground zucchini (blender)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend ingredients; pour into greased and floured loaf pans (2).
    Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
