Spiced Lamb Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 tsp. allspice (ground)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg (ground)
1/4 tsp. cardamom (ground)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon (ground)
3/4 tsp. ginger (powdered)
1/2 tsp. pepper (ground)
1/4 tsp. coriander (ground)
1/4 tsp. cloves (ground)
1/4 tsp. cayenne (ground)
6 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. mint, freshly chopped
1 Tbsp. parsley, freshly chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
16 small rib lamb chops
3 Tbsp. olive oil
6 mint sprigs (for garnish)
6 lemon slices, seeds removed (for garnish)
Preparation

Mix the spices in a bowl.
In another bowl, cream the butter with a fork, adding 3 teaspoons for the spice mixture, the mint and the parsley.
Add garlic to the butter with the salt; mix well.
Set aside to allow the flavors to mellow at room temperature.
