Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless lean beef
    1 lb. boneless lean pork
    1 can tomatoes
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. each: salt, sugar and pepper
    1/3 bottle Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Cut beef and pork as for stew.
    Cook ingredients slowly 3 hours or more until hash like consistency.
    A little water may need to be added.
