Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked pumpkin
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. rich milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. sherry flavoring (use any or all)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 50 minutes longer.
