Cottage Cheese Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. cottage cheese, drained and riced
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients into bowl.
Combine egg, milk and oil into the dry mixture.
Add cottage cheese and mix well.
Pour into greased muffin tins; fill 3/4 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Makes 15 to 18 muffins.
