Grape Conserve - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. mashed pulp
3 lb. sugar
1 lb. nuts (black walnuts)
1 lb. raisins
1 lemon or orange, sliced
Preparation

Cook pulp, sugar and raisins until the consistency of jam.
Add lemon or orange slices 10 minutes before taking off the fire.
Add nuts 5 minutes before taking off the fire.
Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
