Aunt Lorraine'S Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 lb.) can sweet potatoes, drained
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer and pour into a greased 2-quart casserole dish.
