Low-Fat Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2/3 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, skinned
Preparation
    Heat oven to
    425\u00b0.
    Melt butter or margarine in rectangular pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken.
    Place
    in pan.
    Bake 35 minutes, turn and bake 15 minutes or until done.
