Easy Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. pork sausage (room temperature)
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Crumble the sausage and mix with cheese.
Add biscuit mix, one cup at a time.
Form into small balls (about one inch in diameter) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven until light brown (13 to 15 minutes).
Cooking may take a few extra minutes if balls are frozen.
Serve warm.
Makes about seven dozen.
