Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
1 2/3 c. granulated sugar
1 c. cooking oil
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

In mixer bowl beat together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy.
Presift flour, then measure and sift your dry ingredients together:
baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda.
Add to pumpkin mixture and mix thoroughly.
Spread batter in ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 or 35 minutes, then cool.
