Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves Wonder bread, cut off crusts
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 egg yolks
1/3 c. sugar
cinnamon and sugar
melted butter
Preparation

Roll each slice of bread flat with rolling pin.
Spread cream cheese, egg and sugar mixture.
Roll in melted butter.
Roll in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Freeze overnight.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
