Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Phillips crab meat in a can
1 egg
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Mustard
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. Emeril's Bayou Blast seasoning
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; make into patty forms and fry in frying pan.
