Golden Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2/3 c. cold water
    1 egg white
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. fish fillets
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, oil and water; blend well.
    Beat egg white until soft peak forms.
    Fold into flour mixture.
    Dip both sides of fish in batter.
    Fry fish in 1/2 inch of oil heated to 370\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Yield: 4 servings.
