Honey Glazed New Potatoes - cooking recipe

2 1/2 lb. new potatoes
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Cut potatoes into quarters.
In a large saucepan, cover potatoes with salted water, bring to a boil and cook potatoes until tender; drain.
