Quick Homemade Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, undrained
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Lightly brown beef in skillet, add onions and garlic.
Cook until tender; drain fat.
Add remaining ingredients, stirring occasionally.
Cook 45 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
